Application of T-S Fuzzy Model in Discharging System of Jigger

摘要: 针对常规的PID控制难以解决实际工业系统的时滞性、非线性等问题,文章提出了一种基于T-S模糊模型的跳汰机排料系统的设计方案,介绍了跳汰机自动排料控制系统的组成,分析了T-S模糊模型辨识原理,详细阐述了基于T-S模糊模型的跳汰机排料系统的建模及仿真。实验结果表明,T-S模糊模型能够比较精确地反映出被控系统中输入与输出之间的关系,也证明了T-S模糊模型可用于非线性控制系统的建模仿真,是现代控制理论与非线性控制系统之间进行沟通的有力工具。Abstract: For the problem that common PID control hardly solves the problems of time delay and nonlinear in actual industry system,the paper proposed a design scheme of discharging system of jigger based on T-S fuzzy model.It introduced components of the automatic discharging system of jigger,analyzed identification principle of T-S fuzzy model and expounded modeling and simulation of the discharging system of jigger based on T-S fuzzy model.The experiment result showed that the(T-S) fuzzy model can accurately reflect relation of output and input of the controlled system,and it showed that the(T-S) fuzzy model can be used to model and simulate for nonlinear control system too,which is a powerful tool of communication between modern control theory and nonlinear control system.
