Selection and Installation of Overhead Manned Equipment in District Rise

摘要: 针对采区上山架空乘人装置大多布置在采区上部且采用电动机、齿箱驱动方式所存在的问题,提出一种将架空乘人装置布置在人行上山采区的下部且采用液压驱动方式的方案,通过详细分析、计算架空乘人装置的技术参数,确定了液压马达、液压油泵和驱动电动机等驱动设备的型号,并最终确定了架空乘人装置的型号。应用结果表明,选用的液压驱动架空乘人装置可实现无级调速、软启动、软停车,不存在信号干扰和谐波干扰问题,故障率低,安装在采区下部便于维修,且提高了人员输送的安全性。Abstract: For problems caused by installation of overhead manned equipment at upper part of district rise and driving modes of motor and gear box, a scheme was proposed, namely adopting overhead manned equipment driven by hydraulic pressure and installing the equipment at lower part of district rise, and models of driving devices including hydraulic motor, hydraulic oil pump and driving motor and ultima overhead manned equipment were determined by analyzing and calculating technique parameters of overhead manned equipment. The application showed the selected overhead manned equipment driven by hydraulic pressure can realize functions of continuously variable transmission, soft starting and soft stopping with no interference signal and harmonic and low fault ratio, and the mode of installing the equipment at lower part of district rise is convenient for maintain and improves security of personnel transportation.
