Networking of Monitoring and Control System for Safety Production of Coal Mine

摘要: 分析了我国乡镇煤矿安全生产状况:乡镇煤矿煤炭产量约占全国煤炭产量的37.8%,发生死亡事故起数和死亡人数却占全国煤矿事故总起数的73.5%和74.1%,百万吨死亡率是国有重点煤矿的7倍。乡镇煤矿事故频发的原因包括技术装备落后、矿井系统不完善、专业技术人才匮乏、安全教育培训滞后、安全责任不落实、现场管理松弛、隐患排查治理不到位等,而技术装备落后和机械化、自动化、信息化程度低是最主要的原因。煤矿安全生产监控系统联网是加强煤矿安全生产监管的重要措施之一。提出了煤矿安全生产监控系统联网方法:中心站(或主机)应及时向监控中心上传有关监控信息;中心站(或主站)和监控中心应具有符合IEEE802.3协议的以太网接口等。Abstract: The paper analyzed exsisting situation of safety production of township coal mine in China: its coal production is 37.8% of the total,while the number of death accidents and persons is 73.5% and(74.1%) separately,and the death rate per million tons is seven times of the one of national key coal mine.The causes leading to frequent accidents of township coal mine includes laggard equipments,imperfect mine system,scarcity of professional technical personnel,lag of safe education and training,non-implementation of safety responsibility,slack field management and imperfect troubleshooting,and laggard equipments and low degree of mechanization,automation and informationization are main causes.Networking of monitoring and control system for safety production of coal mine is an important measure to enhance supervision for safety production of coal mine.The paper put forward networking methods of monitoring and control system for safety production of coal mine: central station or host computer should transfer related monitoring and control information to monitoring and control center in time,central station or host computer and monitoring and control center should have Ethernet interfaces according with IEEE802.3 protocol and so on.
