Application of CANopen Protocol in Electrical Control System of Coal Mine Excavating Equipment

摘要: 介绍了CANopen协议的通信模型和设备结构,分析了CANopen协议在煤矿采掘设备电控系统中的应用方案。该电控系统以专用控制器和嵌入式人机界面作为CANopen通信系统的网络节点,采用CANopen协议实现各节点间的数据传输,以实现多电动机的多种保护、多传感器信息的采集、电动机运行参数的实时显示及远程控制功能。井下工业性试验表明,该控制系统中的CANopen通信系统稳定可靠,未出现任何通信故障,从而降低了整个电控系统的故障率。Abstract: The paper introduced communication model and equipment structure of CANopen protocol and analyzed an application scheme of CANopen protocol in electrical control system of coal mine excavating equipment. In the electrical control system, special controllers and embedded HMI are network nodes in CANopen communication system and CANopen protocol is used for data transmission among nodes to realize functions of multi-protection of multi-motor, data collection of multi-sensor, real-time display and remote control of running parameters of motors. The industrial test underground showed the CANopen communication system of the electrical control system is stable and reliable without any fault, so as to decrease fault ratio of the whole electrical control system.
