Application of Power Balance Technology in Multi-motor Driving System of Coal Mine

摘要: 介绍了功率平衡技术应用于多机联动系统中的工作原理，并给出了功率平衡技术在煤矿胶带运输系统中的应用情况。实践表明，在煤矿胶带运输系统中应用功率平衡技术可使主、从电动机电流随负载的波动而同步变化，有效降低了变频器因功率不平衡而导致的故障停车率。Abstract: The paper introduced working principle of power balance technology in multi-motor driving system of coal mine and gave application of the technology in belt conveying system of a coal mine. The application showed that using power balance technology in belt conveying system can make currents of master motor and slave motor change with loads synchronously, so as to reduce ratio of fault shutdown caused by power unbalance of frequency converter.
