Application of Vibration Monitoring Analyzer in Fault Diagnosis of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipments

摘要: 针对传统振动监测仪在煤矿应用中存在着整机体积大、功耗高、现场安装复杂及离线诊断等问题,设计了一种在线的矿用本安型智能振动监测分析仪, 介绍了该分析仪的工作原理,重点阐述了分析仪在煤矿通风机现场的使用情况。该分析仪利用包络解调技术与故障定量识别技术提取故障特征频率并对其进行量化标定,实现轴承在线监测与定量诊断。实际应用表明, 该分析仪满足了煤矿大型机电设备运行状态与在线诊断的实时性和精确性要求,具有广泛的推广价值。Abstract: To solve problems of large volume, high power-comsumption, complicated installation at site and off-line diagnosis existed in application of traditional vibration analyzer in coal mine, a novel on-line and mine-used I.S. vibration monitoring analyzer was designed. The working principle and application in coal mine ventilator of the analyzer were introduced. The analyzer uses envelope demodulation technology and quantitative diagnostic identification technology to extract characteristic frequency of fault and make quantization calibration, so as to realize on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of bearing. The practical application showed that the analyzer can meet with requirements of real-time and accuracy in operation statue and on-line diagnosis of large-scale electromechanical equipments of coal mine, which has a wide promotional value.
