Space Vector Modulation Strategy of Three-phase to Two-phase Matrix Converter and Its Implementatio

摘要: 基于三相-两相矩阵变换器的三端输出拓扑结构提出了一种空间矢量调制策略,该策略采用间接变换技术,将矩阵变换器看成是虚拟整流和虚拟逆变的组合。着重分析了虚拟逆变环节,给出了具体的调制算法,并通过综合虚拟整流及虚拟逆变环节得到了矩阵变换器占空比的计算公式。基于dSPACE平台的实验结果表明,运用该调制策略的矩阵变换器可以获得相位相差90°的对称两相正弦输出电流和具有单位功率因数的正弦输入电流,验证了该调制策略的正确性和有效性。Abstract: The paper proposed a space vector modulation strategy based on three-terminal output topo-(logy) of three-phase to two-phase matrix converter which uses indirect transform technology and the matrix converter is considered as a combination of a virtual rectifier and a virtual inverter.It analyzed link of (virtual) inverter emphatically,gave detailed modulation algorithm,and got calculation formula of duty ration of the matrix converter by integrating links of virtual rectifier and virtual inverting.The experiment result based on dSPACE platform showed that the matrix converter with the modulation strategy can get symmetric two-phase sine output(current) whose angles’ shift is 90° and sine input current with unity power factor,which proves correctness and effectiveness of the modulation strategy.
