  • 摘要: 介绍了水泥粉磨系统计算机集散控制系统的实现方法 ,着重讨论了水泥磨配料的自动控制和水泥磨负荷的智能控制。实际应用结果表明 :该系统提高了磨机喂料量和负荷的控制精度 ,可靠性高 ,具有明显的经济效益

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the DCS realizing methods of cement grinding system, and mainly discusses the automatic control of batch and intelligent control of the load of cement mill. Practical application shows that the control system improves the accuracy of the combined feeding and the load of the cement mill, which has high reliability and the remarkable benefit.
