Research and Development of Energy Saving Device of Asyncronous Motor Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

摘要: 由异步电动机的Γ型等效电路 ,得出为使其损耗最小就应使电源电压随负载的变化而变化并保持Mem/U21为常数 (等于额定转差率sN)。根据这一结论 ,应用单片微机控制双向可控硅的导通角 ,设计出一种节能装置 ,并给出该装置节电率随负载变化的曲线 ,效果较为满意Abstract: By the Γ-equivalent circuit of asyncronous motor, we came to the conclusion that the voltage of the power supply should change with the load’s change and the Mem/U2 should remain constant for the minimum loss. In terms of the conclusion, a energy saving device was designed based on single chip microcomputer control angle of flow of silicon symmetrica switch and the device’s energy saving rate curve was given which is changed with the load’s change.
