Calculation of the Temperature Difference Between the Top and Bottom of Vapor-bag of Coal-boiler

摘要: 在燃煤锅炉的开工过程中 ,上水速度太快会导致汽包产生永久性的塑性温度变形。为了较好地了解这一机理过程 ,进而提出控制上水速度的科学标准 ,正确的汽包壁温分布计算是关键。在开工过程中 ,汽包内部的汽液两相流动型态不断发生变化 ,这增加了有关温度计算的复杂性。为此 ,用实验和插值方法得到汽包内部热源强度 ,在此基础上用有限元法计算汽包壁的瞬态热传导问题 ,得到了实用的结果。Abstract: During the starting process of coal boiler, the speed of feed water should be limited to avoid thermal plastic deformation. The key for better understanding of this mechanism lies on calculation of the temperature difference between the top and bottom part of the vapor bag. During the starting process, the two phase flowing state inside the vapor bag changes continuously, making the related calculation of temperature distribution will be more complicated. Experimental and extrapolating method of math has been used to get the strength of thermal source inside the vapor bag. Limited element method has been used to solve the related thermal transferring problem, which got useful results.
