Application of SA866AE Three-phase PWM Signal Generator in AC/AC FC

摘要: 介绍了三相PWM专用芯片SA866AE的工作原理 ,并用该芯片研制出在交 -交变频器中应用的三相低频正弦波信号发生器装置。实验结果表明 ,以SA866AE为控制芯片的信号发生器装置结构简单、幅值和相位对称度好、参数调整方便、精确、性能可靠Abstract: The paper introduced the working principle of three phase PWM chip SA866AE for a special purpose, and the three phase low frequency signal generator device with sine wave which applied in the AC/AC frequency converter with this chip was developed. The experiment result indicated that the structure of the signal generator device is simple, amplitude value and the phase symmetrical degree is good, and the parameter adjustment is convenient and accurate, the function is reliable.
