Design of Digital Pressure Transformer with High Precision Based on CAN Bus

摘要: 介绍了一种基于CAN总线的高精度数字压力变送器的设计方案。该压力变送器采用高稳定性扩散硅式压力芯体,信号经调理后由高性能ADuC836单片机进行数据处理,最后通过CAN总线输出压力值,具有精度高、体积小、集成度高、可靠性高、智能化、成本低等特点及在线标定校准和温度补偿功能。

Abstract: A design scheme of digital pressure transformer with high precision based on CAN bus was introduced. A diffused silicon type pressure chip with good stability is used to design the pressure transformer. Adjusted signals are dealt with by ADuC836 single-chip microcomputer with good performance and pressure values are put out through CAN bus. The pressure transformer has characteristics of high precision, small volume, high integration, high reliability, high intelligence and low cost and functions of on-line calibration and temperature compensation.
