Design of Intrinsically Safe Power Supply Based on Two-phase Synchronous Boost Technology

摘要: 针对基于单相同步升压技术的本质安全电源存在输出纹波较大的问题,提出了一种基于两相同步升压技术、输出端加上滤波电感及电容的本质安全电源的设计方案;以最小点燃曲线为基础,分析了该电源的本质安全性能,并对其电路参数进行了优化设计。火花试验验证了该电源设计的可行性。Abstract: In view of problem of bigger output ripper existed in intrinsically safe power supply based on single-phase synchronous boost technology, the paper proposed a design scheme of intrinsically safe power supply based on two-phase synchronous boost technology whose output end is added filtering inductances and capacitances. Taking the minimum kindling curve as foundation, it analyzed intrinsically safe performance and made optimal design for circuit parameters of the power supply. The sparking test proved feasibility of design of the power supply.
