Finite Element Analysis and Optimization Design of Movable Arm of Loader's Working Equipment Based on Pro/E

摘要: 使用Pro/E建立了装载机工作装置的动臂三维实体模型,对其进行了有限元分析及参数化设计,并在确定目标函数和约束条件的基础上对动臂进行了优化设计。仿真结果表明,在保证动臂满足工作性能要求的前提下,经优化设计后的动臂受力情况和结构形状得到了合理的改善。该基于Pro/E软件的有限元分析和优化设计方法提高了设计速度和设计质量,降低了制造成本,对装载机工作装置的动臂及整个工作装置的优化研究具有普遍的适用性。Abstract: Three-dimensional solid model of movable arm of loader's working equipment was established by use of Pro/E, the finite element analysis and parametric design for the model were performed, and the movable arm was optimized after objective functions and constraint conditions were determined. The simulation result showed that forces and structural shapes of the movable arm are improved after being optimized on the premise of meeting requirment of the movable arm's work performance. The method of finite element analysis and optimization design based on Pro/E improves design speed and quality, reduces manufacturing costs, and has universal applicability to optimization research of movable arm of loader's working equipment and the whole working equipment.
