Determination of Reasonable Size of Protection Pillars for Crossheading on Super Long Working Face

摘要: 针对神华集团海渤湾矿业有限责任公司路天矿300 m综采放顶煤工作面的生产试验,应用FLAC3D来确定顺槽煤柱在受到采动影响时的合理尺寸,通过建立模型模拟计算得出结论:随着工作面的加长,周期来压缓和,在一定程度上减小了对顺槽煤柱的影响;距工作面后方100110 m处对煤柱的影响范围最大,侧向明显影响范围可达10 m左右,塑性破坏深度为7 m;由于保护煤柱还要受下一工作面回采时的影响,在相同地质条件下浅埋深超长工作面的保护煤柱确定为15 m。Abstract: For production test of 300 m fully mechanized working face of caving coal in Lutian coal mine of Haibowan mining Co., Ltd. of Shenhua group, FLAC3D was used to determinate reasonable size of crossheading pillars affected by mining. Through establishing model and simulation, conclusions are as following: along with lengthening of working face,periodic weighting eases,so as to reduce impact to crossheading pillars to some extent; coal pillars which are influenced with the maximum range are 100~110 m away from the rear area of working face, laterally significant affect range is about 10 m, and depth of plastic damage is 7 m; because protection pillar will be influenced by next working, the size of the protection pillar of super long working face with shallow depth under the same geological conditions is 15 m.
