Design of a Novel Electrical Control System for Boom-type Roadheader Based on Power Panel and PCC

摘要: 分析了掘进机电控系统的功能需求;提出了一种以Power Panel和PCC为控制器的悬臂掘进机新型电控系统的设计方案,详细介绍了该新型电控系统的软、硬件设计和实现方法。该新型电控系统以PCC为下位机、Power Panel为上位机,具备巷道断面自动成形功能、截割臂恒功率自动牵引调速功能、机身位姿自动检测功能、定向掘进功能及全功能遥控,实现了巷道自动截割与定向掘进系统的计算机控制,为悬臂掘进机的自动化和智能化奠定了基础。实际运行结果表明,该系统控制效果良好。Abstract: The paper analyzed function requirements of electrical control system of roadheader, put forward a design scheme of a novel electrical control system for boom-type roadheader which takes Power Panel and PCC as controllers, and introduced software and hardware designs of the novel control system and its implementation method in details. The novel electrical control system takes PCC as lower computer and Power Panel as upper computer, and has functions of automatic forming of mine laneway section, constant power auto-traction and speed regulation of cutting arm, auto-detection of body position, directional excavation and full-function remote control, which realizes computer control of laneway automatic cutting and directional excavation system and lays a foundation for automatization and intellgence of boom-type roadheader. The actual running result showed that the system has perfect control effect.
