Communication-capable Motor Protector Based on DeviceNet

摘要: 针对传统的电动机保护器已不能满足现场需求的问题,提出了一种基于DeviceNet的可通信电动机保护器的设计方案,分析了该电动机保护器的通信要求,在明确电动机保护器功能的基础上,根据DeviceNet协议建立了电动机保护器的对象模型,并用不同的对象来模拟电动机保护器的功能,然后通过DeviceNet协议中预定义主/从结构的固定信息格式分配和建立了电动机保护器的连接状态,实现了DeviceNet总线上显式报文和I/O报文的接收和发送,在此基础上采用DN1022实现了电动机保护器从站节点的设计。实验结果表明,该电动机保护器可作为节点挂接在DeviceNet总线上与主站通信。Abstract: In view of the problem that traditional motor protector can not meet with field needs, the paper proposed a design scheme of communication-capable motor protector based on DeviceNet. It analyzed communication needs of the motor protector, built object model on the basis of functions of the motor protector and DeviceNet protocol, and used different objects to simulate functions of the motor protector. Then it allocated and built connection state of the motor protector with fined information form of predefined main and slave structure in DeviceNet protocol, realized to receive and send explicit message and I/O message on DeviceNet bus and on the basis it used DN1022 to realize design of slave node of the motor protector. The experiment result showed that the protector can communicate with the main station as node hitching on DeviceNet bus.
