摘要: 指出了分散式手工管理计量的种种弊端,设计了一种网络化计量管理系统,给出了计量器具自动采集数据的方法等。着重阐述了遵循《循环式运动规约》通过计算机串口采集数据及还原成电度值的方法。Abstract: The paper pointed out the irregularity of decentralized measuring management by handwork,designed a measuring management system by network and gave out the method of automatic collecting data with measuring apparatus.It mainly described the methods of collecting data through computer serial interface following the CDT Motion Agreement and reverting of electricity value.
