摘要: 介绍了电磁调速式电牵引采煤机的工作方式和控制系统功能 ,研究了以P89C5 1RD2单片机为系统控制器的硬件设计方案和软件设计问题 ,提出了以P89C5 1RD2单片机的PWM输出控制采煤机速度的方法 ,给出了控制器的硬件框图和软件流程图。Abstract: The paper introduced the work method of the electric traction shearer with electromagnetic regulating speed and its control system functions, and studied the hardware design project and software design problem of the system controller using P89C51RD2 microcontroller. It provided a method of using the PWM output of P89C51RD2 microcontroller to control the shearer speed, and the hardware frame diagram of the controller and the software flow chart was given.
