Abstract: At the present, all kinds of mining monitoring system co-exist, but they are incompatible with each other. In this paper, a kind of mining multi-function access gateway based on real-time operation system Windriver’s Vxworks was implemented to solve this problem. The gateway supports accessing to internet and browsing and management Web server. It showed the system constitution and how to write multiple task programs in the VxWorks.
