摘要: 文章介绍了一种提升机盘式制动器闸瓦间隙在线监测装置软、硬件的设计和工作原理。该装置选用S7-300 PLC为核心监测主机,采用直线位移传感器和应变式压力传感器检测制动器闸瓦间隙和油压参数,实现了对闸瓦间隙的实时监测及报警、断电等功能。Abstract: The paper introduced the design of hardware and software of a kind of on-line monitoring device) for disk brake shoe-clearance of hoister and its working principle. The device took S7-300 PLC as main monitoring machine and used correlative sensors to check the parameters of brake shoe-clearance and oil pressures, and realized the functions of real-time monitoring, alarming and cutting off.
