摘要: 介绍了分段式永磁直线同步电机提升系统的工作原理。针对该系统的特点设计了监控系统,采用以工业控制计算机为上位机、PLC为下位机的监控系统结构,并利用力控组态软件设计开发了提升系统的监控软件。实验运行表明,该方案设计合理、运行灵活、可靠性高。Abstract: The paper introduced the working principle of sectional mode hoisting system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor.Aiming at the features of this system,it designed a monitoring and(control) system,which adopted industry PC as upper-end computer and PLC as lower-end computer,and used configuration software to develop monitoring and control software of hoisting system.The experiment showed that this scheme is reasonable in design,flexible in running,good in reliability.
