Design of Automatic Control System for Sewage Pumping Station Based on S7-300

摘要: 针对目前污水泵站采用的继电器-接触器控制方式运行管理成本高的问题,提出了一种以S7-300 PLC为核心的污水泵站自动控制系统的设计方案,介绍了系统的组成及控制原理,阐述了系统的软、硬件设计。该系统采用PLC控制1台软启动器拖动4台电动机的方式,消除了直接启动对电动机带来的影响;可根据不同情况自动选择最合理的运行状态,同时可与上位机通信,以上传数据和接收控制命令。实际应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定,提高了污水泵站的净水效率。Abstract: In order to solve problem of high cost of running management of relay-contactor control mode commonly used in sewage pumping station at present, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic control system for sewage pumping station which takes S7-300 PLC as core, introduced the system's composition and control principle, and expounded design of the system's hardware and software. The system uses PLC to control a soft-starter to drive four motors, so as to eliminate influence on motors caused by direct starting. Besides, the system can automatically choose the most reasonable running state according to different situations, and communicate with upper computer to upload data and receive control orders. The practical application showed that the system is stable in running and improves water purifying efficiency of sewage pumping station.
