摘要: 文章介绍了采用西门子SIMOREG DC-MASTER 6RA70整流装置实现12脉动串联整流技术、进而实现提升机直流调速控制的方法,并给出了12脉动串联整流驱动参数的设置。该12脉动串联整流技术已应用于南屯煤矿的提升机直流调速控制系统中。应用结果表明:该技术克服了12脉动并联驱动为满足故障状态下安全提升而增大容量的弊端,实现了提升机不同工况下的安全可靠运行;基本消除了6脉动整流产生的5次、7次谐波,降低了对电网的干扰,减少了对通信和控制回路的干扰,以及对PLG等精密电子器件的误动作和损坏。Abstract: The paper introduced a method that using SIMOREG DC-MASTER 6RA70 rectifying device to realize 12-pulse serial rectification technology and then realize DC speed-regulation control of hoist. It described setting of driving parameters of 12-pulse serial rectification. The 12-pulse serial rectification technology has been used in DC speed-regulation control system of Nantun coal mine. The application result showed that the technology got over the abuses of increasing capability of 12impulse parallel driving in order to meet safety hoisting under fault state, and realized safe and reliable running of hoist under different states, the technology eliminated basically fifth and seventh harmonic generated by 6-pulse rectification, reduced interference for power grid and communication and control circuit,and decreased false action and damage for PLG exact electron device.
