数字控制的矿井蓄电池机车充电机的研制
Development of Charger of Mine Battery Locomotive with Digital Control

摘要: 针对传统的相控蓄电池机车充电机存在体积大、笨重、成本高等缺点,文章提出了一种基于三电平DC-DC变换器的井下蓄电池机车充电机的设计方案,详细介绍了该充电机主电路及控制电路的工作原理及实现方式。试验结果表明,与相控充电机相比,该充电机具有体积小、重量轻、成本低等优点。Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of big volume,bulkiness,high cost of traditional mine charger of battery locomotive with phase control,the paper proposed a design scheme of mine charger of battery locomotive based on three-level DC-DC converter.It introduced working principle and implementation mode of main circuit and control circuit of the charger in details.The experiment result showed that the charger has advantages of small volume,light weight and low cost comparing with charger with phase control.
