矿井提升机斩波串级调速系统的研究

摘要: 文章提出了一种矿井提升机采用绕线式异步电动机转子侧斩波串级调速替代转子串电阻调速的方案,详细介绍了斩波串级调速系统的结构、原理、参数选择,最后给出了仿真结果。该方案可提高提升机的调速性能,节约电能25%以上。Abstract: The paper proposed a scheme of chopping cascade speed-regulation of wound rotor asynchronous motor of mine hoist,which replacing by rotor series resistance speed-regulation.It introduced structure,principle and selection of parameters of chopping cascade speed-regulation system in details,and gave simulation result at last.The scheme could improve speed-regulation performance of mine hoist and save 25 percents of electrical energy.
