无速度传感器矢量控制系统的一种转速辨识新方法

摘要: 在无速度传感器交流调速系统中,根据异步电动机的数学模型,利用易于检测的定子电压和电流,可对异步电动机的转速进行辨识。文章基于模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)分析了几种转速辨识的方法,针对这几种方法在参考模型中包含了一个积分环节、并受到定子电阻热敏变化和定子瞬态电感影响的缺点,提出了一种新型的转速辨识方法。该方法采用的参考模型避免了纯积分运算,并且不含定子电阻和定子瞬态电感,因而在宽速度范围内具有较好的鲁棒性。计算机仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。Abstract: In AC speed-sensorless speed-regulation system,rotation speed of asynchronous motor can be identified by easily measured voltage and current of stator according to mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The paper analyzed several methods of rotation speed identification based on MRAS,and aiming at disadvantages of these methods such as their reference models included one integrating circuit and would be influenced by resistance change and moment inductance of stator,it put forward a new method of rotation speed identification. The reference model of this method avoids pure integral operation and doesn’t include resistance and moment inductance of stator, so the method has better robust in range of wide speed. Computer simulation result proved feasibility of the proposed method.
