摘要: 总结了当前乳化液泵站状态监测与故障诊断的研究现状,结合乳化液泵站的自身特点,指出现代信息处理与分析技术的综合应用、监测与故障诊断系统的智能化、远程网络化及监测与故障诊断仪器的虚拟化是乳化液泵站监测与故障诊断系统的研究发展方向。

Abstract: The paper summarized the current status of monitoring and fault diagnosis of emulsion pump. Combining with features of emulsion pump, it pointed out development direction of monitoring and fault diagnosis system, which included comprehensive application of modern information processing and analyzing technology, intelligence and remote network of monitoring and fault diagnosis and virtualization of instruments.
