Design of wirerope tension monitoring system of mine hoist

  • In view of problems of overload and unbalanced tension of wirerope existed in mine hoist, a wirerope tension monitoring system of mine hoist was designed. The system uses pressure sensor to collect wirerope tension, collected data is transmitted through wireless communication after processing, and signal receive device receives and uploads the data to upper computer through RS232 for display, so as to realize real-time and reliable monitoring of wirerope tension. The test result verifies feasibility of the system.
