Design of EAM system for electromechanical equipments of coal mine blending into workflow technology

Abstract:
In view of problems of high cost of maintenance and bad management flexibility existed in coal mine equipment management, an EAM system for electromechanical equipments was designed by blending into workflow technology and EAM idea. The system uses workflow technology to make process optimization of strong operational business processes such as purchase subsystem, and the basis ideas of EAM such as the spot inspection closed-loop management and whole life cycle management of equipment were run through coal mine equipment management. The practical application shows that the system improves efficiency of equipment management and reduces operational and maintenance cost for coal mine enterprise.
Design of multi-bus monitoring system of testbed of shearer gearbox

Abstract:
According to distribution and requirement of data transmission of testbed of shearer gearbox, a multi-bus monitoring system of testbed of shearer gearbox was designed, topology and communication realization of the system were introduced in details. The system uses Modbus, Profibus-DP, TCP/IP bus to collect on-site data real-timely and transmits the data to main controller based on characteristics of various kinds of communication protocol, so as to realize remote data monitoring. Meanwhile, the system adopts WinCC configuration software to develop monitoring interface of communication condition,realizes real-time monitoring of communication state and makes worker understand communication state of the whole system conveniently.
Design of communication module of mine signal transceiver

Abstract:
In view of problems of short transmission distance, low transmission rate, poor anti-interference ability and high power consumption of existing underground signal transceiver, the paper designed a communication module of mine signal transceiver based on RS485 serial communication and wireless WiFi technology by use of WinCE embedded system. The module communicates with monitoring terminal through RS485 interface based on Modbus protocol. Meanwhile, the module sends the data collected by monitoring terminal to wireless access point based on TCP/IP protocol in WiFi network, and communicates with server in monitoring center. The test results show that the module achieves high real-time and reliable data transmission performance.
Design of a software updater of mine-used equipment based on RS485 bus

Abstract:
In view of problem of low working efficiency of software upgrade for mine-used equipment, a software updater of mine-used equipment based on RS485 bus was designed. The updater reuses RS485 bus communication interface of the device as the underlying software upgrading interface, and its operation is easy and reliable, and it improves work efficiency of software upgrade.
Analysis of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of metal shell of mine-used products

Abstract:
The paper analyzed and calculated electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of mine-used products with shell of single layer stainless steel, got conclusion that electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of metal shell was related to metal material and thickness, gaps and pore space which were formed by processing technology. The paper provides project experience for improving electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of mine-used products.
Evaluation of underground electromagnetic environment

Abstract:
Features and transmission paths of electromagnetic interferences of coal mine underground were analyzed, which were in electrical transmission tunnel, traction network and electric locomotive tunnel and electromechanical chamber as well as areas around communication system. Electromagnetic interferences in above areas were tested. Through analyzing the tested data, electromagnetic environment in different areas was evaluated according to GB 9175-88 Hygienic standard for environmental electromagnetic waves. The evaluation results show that the tested environments all satisfy one level standard of environmental electromagnetic field.
Study of spatial database construction of smart mine

Abstract:
The paper discussed construction models of spatial database of smart mine based on analysis of composition and characteristics of mine spatial data, and expounded construction of spatial data framework of smart mine from three aspects which are spatial data reference, spatial data classification and coding standards and metadata standards. Meanwhile, the paper introduced main contents of mine spatial database design in details, which are basic database, theme database and metadata database. Finally, the paper also pointed out the future research direction of building spatial database including theories and methods of mine spatial database building and data updating, framework and content of spatial database, and mine data standard and so on.
Trend prediction of gas concentration based on interpolation trapezoidal fuzzy information granulatio

Abstract:
For problems that high-level information granules constructed by existing fuzzy information granulation method cannot completely contain information in low-level data, and range of prediction time is limited, an interpolation trapezoidal fuzzy information granulation method was proposed to predict gas concentration trend. Original gas concentration time series is discretized to form sub-series, the maximum and minimum value of each sub-series window are calculated to form trapezoid-top boundary, each sub-series window data is calculated by interpolation to form a new gas concentration time series window, then trapezoid-bottom boundary is calculated by use of data traversing optimization to the new gas concentration time series window, so as to form gas concentration granulation interval sequence. In view of problem that existing evaluation method cannot evaluate effect of information granulation accurately, a granulation evaluation method based on weight value was proposed, which evaluate effect of granulation through the weighted root mean square error. The experimental results shows that granulation effect of the proposed method is better than the existing fuzzy information granulation method, and the granulation effect does not decrease accompany with increase of granulation window, which has high stability and robustness.
Estimation of transmission delay of time synchronization information for Internet of things of coal mine underground

Abstract:
For problems that wireless transmission delay in tunnels of coal mine underground was random greatly and current time synchronization algorithms could not be applied directly in coal mine underground because of inability to determine delay distribution and parameters, an estimation method of transmission delay of time synchronization information for Internet of things was proposed based on passive measurement. A class of evaluation node is added to perception layer of Internet of things of coal mine underground for overhearing passively time synchronization packets among perception nodes to acquire transmission delay data. Then parameters under different distribution regularities are estimated by the evaluation nodes based on the maximum likelihood estimation method and optimal distribution regularity is determined according to Kullback-Leibler difference value. Parameter mutation is detected by using log-likelihood-ratio for determining whether the evaluation nodes send delay distribution regularity and parameters to sink nodes. The simulation results show that the method detects mutation of classification of delay distribution regularity and distribution parameters accurately.
Research on time synchronization algorithm for coal preparation plant equipment monitoring

Abstract:
The paper analyzed RBS time synchronization algorithm which is suitable for collecting of coal preparation plant equipment vibration. In view of problems such as big energy consumption and long synchronization convergence time in applications, the improved RBS time synchronization algorithm IRBS was proposed. A wireless communication model was used for comparison on energy consumption and convergence time of IRBS and RBS. The test result shows that energy consumption and synchronization convergence time during synchronization can be significantly reduced by IRBS algorithm.

Abstract:
The paper researched haulage performance of speed regulation system of non-onboard shearer in different control methods, analyzed influence of long hauling cable on haulage performance of frequency converter when the non-onboard speed regulation system of shearer applies scalar control, vector control and direct torque control.The analysis results show that vector control and direct torque control methods are more suitable for operation conditioning of non-onboard shearer compared than scalar control. The conclusion can offer testing and theoretical basis for design of non-onboard hauling and speed regulation system of shearer.
Application of improved CART algorithm in prediction of water inrush from coal seam floor

Abstract:
In view of disadvantages of long time-consuming and low prediction accuracy existed in prediction model of water inrush from coal seam floor based on traditional CART algorithm, a decision tree model based on improved CART algorithm was introduced, and the decision tree model was used to establish prediction model of water inrush from coal seam floor. The experiment results show that running time of the prediction model of water inrush from coal seam floor based on improved CART algorithm is reduced from 1.0411 s to 0.6125 s, and prediction accuracy rate is improved from 88.78% to 95.54%.
A filtering method for infrared image based on improved pseudo median filtering and non-local means filtering

Abstract:
Firstly, pseudo median filtering algorithm was improved. Factors of gray value and geometric distance of pixels are integrated into noise detection process so as to separate noise from image pixels. The noise is filtered by weighted filtering method. Then obtaining method of prior information of an improved non-local means filtering algorithm was improved. The noise image is conducted lifting wavelet transform. The low-frequency coefficients are selected by a new threshold function, and the selected low-frequency coefficients which are greater than the threshold are reconstructed to obtain a reference image. Weighted value of the reference image is computed and regarded as prior information. Finally, a filtering method for infrared image based on the two improved algorithms was proposed, namely using the two improved algorithms to filter noise in infrared image successively, then correcting the filtered image by the reference image. The experimental results show that the method has good filter effect for infrared image with high density noises.
A new ip-iq detection method without phase-locked loop

Abstract:
For problems of large calculation amount, complex vector conversion, poor real-time performance and weak robustness of common harmonic detection methods based on instantaneous reactive power, a new ip-iq detection method without phase-locked loop was presented which was based on feedback and high-performance low pass filter. In the method, frequency of transformation matrix is preset to detect harmonic and fundamental currents without coordinate conversion and phase-locked loop. Fundamental current feedback is used for reducing detection error and dynamic response time. A high-performance low pass filter is realized by cascading low pass filter and mean filter, which can improve detection accuracy and response speed. The method can be applied to detect harmonic and fundamental currents in single-phase circuit, three-phase three-wire mode power system and three-phase four-wire mode power system.
A harmonic detection method for power network based on wavelet transform Mallat algorithm

Abstract:
For the problem that traditional Fourier transform method caused big errors when analyzing power signals of power network under unstable running condition, a harmonic detection method for power network was proposed based on wavelet transform Mallat algorithm. Firstly, power signals are separated into different sub frequency bands according to resolutions. Then each sub frequency band is reconstructed to get fundamental wave of original signal. Finally, the reconstructed signal of fundamental wave is subtracted from the sampled original signal so as to get harmonic signal. The Matlab simulation results show that the method can separate harmonic signal from fundamental wave of power signal with high precision of harmonic detection.
Fault diagnosis of motor based on improved instantaneous power method

Abstract:
The concept of voltaic involution was established starting from collected stator current of squirrel cage induction motor, and the voltaic involution was used to enlarge and transfer fault characteristic frequency. The fault diagnosis method of motor based on improved instantaneous power method was proposed according to concept of instantaneous power. The characteristic frequency components of rotor bar breaking fault and rotor eccentricity fault were extracted by theoretical analysis, which can effectively overcome the shortcomings that characteristic frequency of rotor bar breaking fault is likely to be flooded by fundamental frequency, and realize distinguishing and diagnosis of rotor bar breaking fault, eccentricity fault and complex fault. The data need to collect was cut by half and influence of voltage fluctuation and sampling error to instantaneous power was avoided compared with the traditional instantaneous power diagnosis method.
A fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing

Abstract:
For parameter optimization of support vector machine in fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing based on support vector machine, an improved fruit fly optimization algorithm was proposed which took accuracy rate of pattern classification as taste concentration function of fruit fly. The improved algorithm was used to optimize penalty factor and kernel function parameter of support vector machine model. Classified diagnosis of fault patterns of rolling bearing was maken based on the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm and support vector machine. The experimental results show that the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm has higher convergence speed and the optimization efficiency, and fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing based on the improved algorithm and support vector machine has higher classification accuracy rate.
Application of personnel data analysis software for personnel management system of coal mine underground

Abstract:
A personnel data analysis software for personnel management system of coal mine underground was proposed. Principle of data curve analysis of the software was introduced. Application of the software was introduced in handover management and personnel location management of coal mine taking personnel sum curve as an example. The software uses curve form to show status of handover, personnel action and personnel location system in coal mine intuitively and quantificationally. The software has been applied in a personnel management system of coal mine underground with a good effect.
Design of protection module of intrinsic safety power supply based on LT4356

Abstract:
In view of problems of simple protection function, low conversion efficiency, poor anti-interference ability and low intrinsic safety current existed in current protection module of intrinsic safety power supply, a protection module of intrinsic safety power supply based on surge suppressor LT4356 was designed. Function realization principle of the module was analyzed, including soft start, over-voltage, over-current and voltage sag protection, protection locking. The module with output voltage is DC5-18 V, the maximum current is 850-1 000 mA and fault protection time within 2 μs, which meets intrinsic safety requirements of GB 3836.4-2010.
Research of evaluation and assessment system of smoke and heat simulation training

Abstract:
In view of problems that existing evaluatin and assessment system of smoke and heat simulation training has strong subjectivity of evaluation result and it lacks uniform evaluation criteria, combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to determine time-based evaluation indexes and scoring formula was deduced in accordance with establishing principles of evaluation system. Objective and reasonable assessment and evaluation of smoke and heat simulation training was realized to provide a guarantee for improving training quality and developing training programs.
Exterior ventilation leakage test and reform of Fengchishan Coal Mine

Abstract:
In view of status of serious exterior ventilation leakage of auxiliary inclined air returning shaft used for staff and material transportation in Fengchishan Coal Mine, wind meter direct measuring method was used to test mine exterior ventilation leakage of selected test points, winch rope access window of explosion-proof ventilation door was determined as main ventilation leakage source according to change of exterior ventilation leakage rate. In view of problem that original closed method of winch rope access window easily led to ventilation leakage by use of rubber pad to fix on explosion-proof ventilation door, a reform scheme by use of movable baffle to close the window was proposed. The test results show that exterior ventilation leakage rate is reduced from 15.5% to 6.5% and negative pressure of ventilator is reduced by 318 Pa after reform.
Application of Inter Control controller in electrical control system of roadheader

Abstract:
Requirements about controller of electrical control system were analyzed according to condition of roadheader working field. For low protection hierarchy and poor environment adaptability of traditional electrical control system of roadheader which took PLC as a core, an appropriative controller named Inter Control was taken as a core of electrical control system of roadheader on the basis of performance comparisons of existing appropriative controllers. Hardware composition of the electrical control was introduced in detail as well as design scheme of controller program. Inter Control controller has been successfully applied to an electrical control system of all-rock roadheader. The industrial test underground shows the electrical control system overcomes disadvantages of traditional ones based on PLC, and runs stably and reliably without any communication faults.
Design of mine-used digital broadcasting rescue guide system

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of communication information blockade during disaster rescue in coal mines underground, a new type of mine-used digital broadcasting rescue guide system was developed. The key technologies, main devices and characteristics of the system were introduced. The system uses technologies of IP network communication, multimedia process and digital broadcasting communication, and provides specific real-time information and technical guarantees for rescue works of personnel emergency evacuation in coal mine danger area, ground remote command and management decision-making, rescue communication and evacuation guide, which improves ability of the mine to deal with unexpected situations.
Application of wireless Mesh technology in communication system of coal mine working face

Abstract:
For the problem that it was difficult to apply existing wired communication systems or the wireless ones of coal mine in working face, a communication system of coal mine working face based on wireless Mesh technology was proposed, and structure, design of wireless Mesh base station and function indexes of the system were introduced. The system has high bandwidth, short routing updating time(less than 10 s) and long wireless covering distance(greater than 1 km), and can access industrial Ethernet of coal mine underground, which can realize wireless network covering of working face.
Design of full coverage wireless communication system of working face of coal mine

Abstract:
According to the needs of wireless communication of working face of coal mine, the paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages of existing wired and wireless communication technologies used in working face, proposed a design scheme of full coverage wireless communication system of working face of coal mine based on WMN and ZigBee technology, and introduced designs of comprehensive base station and WiFi gateway. The test results show that the system can meet the needs of wireless transmission of different information of data, voice, video, so as to achieve full coverage of wireless signal of working face.
Application of filter cartridge deduster and ventilation equipment in open-pit shearer

Abstract:
Advantages and disadvantages of heat-dissipating method of electrical equipments for open-pit shearer were analyzed. According to actual condition of open-pit shearer, filter cartridge deduster was used to ventilate and dissipate heat for frequency-conversion speed-regulation device and step-down transforms of open-pit shearer, and the original dedusting ventilation equipment was used to ventilate and heat operating room. The application of filter cartridge deduster and ventilation equipment in the open-pit shearer, not only ensures reliable operation of open-pit shearer and prolongs service life of components of electrical equipment, but also make heat distributed by electrical equipment recycle and reuse and achieve effect of energy saving.
Application of handheld terminal in coal mine hidden danger investigation system

Abstract:
For problems of blind spot, incorrect description and not in time transmission of information existed in coal mine hidden danger investigation system, handheld terminals were applied in closed-loop management of hidden danger. Functions and specific application of the handheld terminal in hidden danger reporting, governance reply, field rechecking were described. Relevant suggestions for application of the handheld terminal in underground were given, including establishment of hidden danger information database and location of hidden danger place. The application of the handheld terminal improves traditional working mode and realizes real-time, accurate and visual management of hidden danger investigation.
Design of automatic drainage control system of multistage pumping stations

Abstract:
A design scheme of automatic drainage control system of multistage pumping stations was introduced, and structure and main functions of the system were given. Key problems of the system were expounded as well as corresponding solutions from drainage mode of pump and multistage linkage function. Application shows that the system realizes unattended operation of multistage pumping stations with high drainage efficiency, correct monitoring data and stable and reliable running.
