Abstract:
In view of problems that monitoring variable is single and real-time status of insulation of mine-used dry-type transformer cannot be reflected existed in traditional monitoring method of mine-used dry-type transformer because it uses thermocouple to detect internal temperature of dry-type transformer, the paper proposed a design scheme of system of on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and prewarning for insulation of mine-used dry-type transformer. It introduced general structure of the system and fault diagnosis method, and built a fault type library of turn-to-turn insulation of dry-type transformer. Field test result shows that the system runs stably and can realize functions of remote and real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis and prewarning for mine-used dry-type transformer.
A new type of mine-used GEPON system based on optical port expander

Abstract:
In view of problems of low flexibility and limited access numbers of optical network terminal when mine-used GEPON system is expanded, a new type of mine-used GEPON system based on optical port expander was proposed. Principle, constitution and application of optical port expander and sub-ring optical fiber splitter were introduced. The system can improve optical power, increase node number, extend transmission distance, and derive sub-ring from any node.
Design of customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises based on Struts

Abstract:
In view of problems of high coupling degree, low reliability and bad safety existed in software system of traditional customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises,the paper proposed a design scheme of customer relationship management system for industrial and mining enterprises based on Struts. It gave framework of Model-View-Controller of Struts and configuration of connection pool of database. And it introduced implementation of access control function and anti-theft link function through requirement analysis of the system. The actual application shows that the system runs stably and improves management efficiency for customer relationship.
Research of key technologies of wireless broadband transmission for mine mobile equipments

Abstract:
In view of problem of difficult monitoring to mine mobile equipments, the paper proposed a wireless broadband transmission system for mine mobile equipments based on wired/wireless hybrid network platform. It gave architecture of the system, researched key technologies of theory of wireless signal transmission in mine complex tunnel, mobile equipments oriented wireless roaming switch and mine long distance multi-hop chain transmission, introduced core equipments of the system, including mine-used wireless switchboard, mine-used wireless relay equipment, mine-used wireless terminal and mine-used intelligent integrated access gateway. And it discussed application mode of the system in wireless video monitoring system of endless rope winch.

Abstract:
The paper gave mechanical structure model of belt conveyor with long distance in coal mine, and established resistance model of the belt conveyor with different angle in different sections. In view of actual condition of belt conveyor driven by double rollers with 1 200 m long of Huangling Jianzhuang Coal Mine, it calculated dynamic resistance of load-bearing section and return section with dip angle of 0, 3, 15°, redirection roller at the tail, driving roller at the head, and made fault simulation, so as to obtain law of resistance of the belt conveyor influence on displacement. It provides basis for fault prediction of belt conveyor with long distance.
Application of microwave chaotic signal in advanced detection of coal mine water inrush

Abstract:
In view of problem that traditional method for advanced detection of coal mine water inrush cannot improve detection depth and resolution simultaneously, a method taking microwave chaotic signal as radar detection source was proposed. The method takes 580 MHz chaotic signal generated by Colpitts circuit as detection source, then applies it to advanced detection of coal mine water inrush, so as to get resolution of 5.5 cm unrelated to detection range, which improves detection accuracy.

Abstract:
In view of problem that EPA network only supports real-time data transmission inside segments but not across segments, a real-time adaptive scheduling algorithm for across segments delay in EPA was proposed. Transmission process of across segments in EPA was analyzed, data transmission delay modeling of across segments in EPA was given, and real-time data transmission of across segments was realized through change of filtering rule of across segments transmission message in EPA and transformation of statement message of aperiodic data.
Prediction and analysis of mining subsidence in Longdong Coal Mine

Abstract:
In order to predict and analyze mining subsidence in Longdong Coal Mine, prediction model of main cross section mining subsidence was established by use of probability integration method, and distribution law of surface subsidence deformation of main cross section was predicted in combination with prediction parameters of coal mine surface subsidence. According to the prediction model of subsidence deformation of any point in goaf, subsidence, inclination, horizontal deformation value at any point in goaf were calculated by use of VB program, then damage degree of mining subsidence land was classified. The results show that subsidence deformation shape of the goaf surface is "bowl", shape of basin center is flat, subsidence value decreases gradually from the basin center to basin edge, moderate damage land area is 13.1 hm2, accounting for 57.9% of total subsidence area.
Research of ZigBee network tree routing algorithm based on energy awareness and energy balance

Abstract:
For problem of big consumption of node energy existed in traditional ZigBee network tree routing algorithm, an improved ZigBee network tree routing algorithm based on energy awareness and energy balance was proposed. The algorithm considers neighbour node, searches network path of the minimum routing in a larger search range for reducing power consumption when determining next hop node of routing. Meanwhile, it selects path of lower cumulative path loss and path energy consumption to send data according to residual energy of node on the path, so as to reduce total power consumption of the network. The simulation result shows that the algorithm can avoid low energy node for data transmission, realizes energy balance of node and extends living time of node.
Research of routing protocol for wireless sensor network in dynamic space of coal face based on event-drive

Abstract:
In view of problem that wireless sensor network node dynamically changes with coal face moving forward, the paper proposed a dynamic clustering routing protocol based on event-driven. The protocol chooses cluster head node in event area based on residual energy and excited intensity of node, introduces power emission levels to determine clustering range. The simulation results show that fusion information of emergent event area of the protocol is more reasonable, transmission speed of data link is faster, which can reduce energy consumption of network effectively.
Design of direct torque control system of motor based on RBF neural network supervisio

Abstract:
In view of problem of big torque ripple of motor when mine belt conveyor runs in low speed, the paper used RBF neural network supervision controller to replace PID controller on the basis of traditional direct torque control system of motor. The simulation results show that direct torque control system of motor based on RBF neural network supervision can effectively improve flux waveform, and reduce torque ripple of motor.
Design of excitation controller of synchronous generator

Abstract:
In view of problems of poor stability, easy to be influenced by interference and bad tracking of desired trajectory existed in excitation controller of synchronous generator based on open-loop iterative learning control, an excitation controller of synchronous generator based on open-closed-loop PID iterative learning control and power system stabilization was designed. A closed-loop feedback control was introduced based on open-loop iterative learning control, current control input was obtained by the last error of input and output and current output error, so as to constitute open-closed-loop PID iterative learning control. Meanwhile, additional positive damping signal provided by power system stabilization was used to improve stability of voltage and power angel of exicitation control system of synchronous generator. The simulation result shows that the excitation controller has strong robustness and improves stability of the system.
Analysis of influence of initial phase angle of grid electromotive force on startup current of three-phase PWM rectifier

Abstract:
The paper analyzed causes of startup inrush current of three-phase PWM rectifier, researched influence of initial phase angle of grid electromotive force and initial phase angle of AC side voltage on startup current, and proposed a method to use output of phase-locked loop to control initial phase angle of the grid electromotive force, which can avoid big startup current of a phase when starting, so as to make difference of three-phase AC currents between each other be not vary much. The experimental results verify correctness of the theoretical analysis and validity of the method.
Research of waveform control strategy for dual-stage power conversion system

Abstract:
In view of problem of harmonic current existed in power conversion system with bi-directional energy control, an integrated current waveform control strategy based on dual-stage main circuit topology was proposed. Double circuit and carrier phase-shifting control method are used in DC side in order to reduce volume of filter inductor, which effectively decreases output current ripple and switching losses. A hybrid control method based on PI control and repetitive control is applied in AC side in order to improve grid-connected power quality, which effectively suppresses harmonic content of grid-connected current, and improves dynamic response speed. The experimental results verify effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy.
Research of control strategy for VSC-HVDC system under unbalanced grid voltage conditio

Abstract:
In view of problems of harmonic and power fluctuation of DC and AC side of VSC-HVDC system under unbalanced grid voltage condition, the paper used dual dq-PI control strategy with respective direction of positive and negative sequence components of grid voltage to inhibit the second harmonic of DC side and active power fluctuation of AC side based on establishing mathematical model of VSC in positive and negative d-q coordinate. In view of problem that traditional phase sequence decomposition is too slow, so as to influence dynamic performance and band width of the control system, it used a rapid phase sequence decomposition method. The simulation result shows that the dual dq-PI control strategy can inhibit fluctuation of DC voltage and AC current comparing with the traditional control strategy.
A solid state current limiter applied to coal mine power system

Abstract:
In view of problems of high power consumption, voltage drop and big interference caused by downhole cable of surface substation using current-limiting reactance to limit short-circuit capacity, a solid state current limiter applied to coal mine power system was designed. The limiter is composed of solid circuit breaker and original current-limiting reactance. When power system works normally, the solid state current limiter bypasses the current-limiting reactance to avoid influences of the current-limiting reactance on power system. When power system has short-circuit fault, the solid state current limiter is broken from circuit, meanwhile the current-limiting reactance is inserted into the circuit to limit short-circuit current. Matlab simulation result validates feasibility of the solid state current limiter.
A fault line selection method for small current grounding system

Abstract:
In view of problem that fault line selection method for small current grounding system is difficult to be suitable for different grounding modes, the paper proposed a fault line selection method for small current grounding system based on RBF neural network optimized by particle swarm. The method uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize RBF neural network, takes parameters confirmed by the RBF neural network as particles of the particle swarm optimization algorithm. The simulation result shows that the method has high convergence efficiency, small sum of square of error, high accuracy of line selection, high sensitivity and a certain feasibility.
Denoising algorithm for coal mine image based on coupled partial differential equations

Abstract:
In view of problems of high noise and low illumination of coal mine image under complicated circumstance in coal mine, the paper proposed a denoising algorithm for coal mine image based on coupled second-order and fourth-order partial differential equations. The algorithm uses difference curvature edge detection operator to couple the second-order and the fourth-order partial differential equation models effectively, so as to preserve image edge, and uses scale factor to preserve texture detail of the image. The experimental results show that the algorithm can preserve edge and texture detail of the image well, has fast convergence speed, and avoids staircase effect.
An optimal path planning method for mobile robot

Abstract:
In view of problem of low efficiency of path planning for mobile robot, an optimal path planning method for mobile robot based on improved shortest path faster algorithm was proposed. On the basis of rules, the method addes start point and terminal point to Voronoi diagram with obstacles, so as to obtain non-collision path graph, then uses the improved shortest path faster algorithm to search an optimal non-collision path between the start point and the terminal point. The simulation result shows that the mobile robot can reach the terminal point rapidly along with the optimal non-collision path by use of the improved algorithm.
Research of the first-principle of electronic structure and optical properties of Ba(Ti1-xSnx)O3

Abstract:
Electronic band structure, density of states and optical properties of Ba(Ti1-xSnx)O3 with different doping amount of Sn were researched by use of the first-principle plane wave pseudo-potential method based on density functional theory. The calculation results show that with increasing doping amount of Sn, band gap of the Ba(Ti1-xSnx)O3 becomes larger, Ti-O bond at the bottom of conduction band and the top of valence band occupies main position, but Ba-O bond is weakened further, dielectric constant becomes smaller, so as to reduce insulating properties of the Ba(Ti1-xSn)O3, reflectivity has greatly changed, refractive index reduces, which makes Ba(Ti1-xSn)O3 widely apply in optical component production.

Design of a type of intrinsic safety miner lamp with identification card

Abstract:
In view of problems that equipments carried by underground miner increase because of individual design and power supply of identification card, and sometimes positioning would fail because that charging or change of battery of identification card are not in time, a type of intrinsic safety miner lamp integrated lamp and identification card together was designed, and design of two-way identification card, charging and discharging management unit of lithium ion battery and intrinsic safety protection unit were introduced. The design decreases equipments carried by underground miner. Meantime, the identification card powered by battery of the miner lamp, it avoids trouble of change of battery and undetected of identification card because of electricity shortage of its battery.
Application research of data compression algorithm in coal mine software system

Abstract:
In order to solve problem of efficient data storage and query under condition of large amount of data in coal mine software system, a scheme of applying SDT data compression algorithm into coal mine software system was proposed. Principle and application derivation of the algorithm were introduced, and decompression method and treatment method under special circumstances of analog and switching compression data were given. The application result shows that the algorithm has high compression ratio, saves great storage space, and can reflect trend and change of data.
Design of under-voltage releaser with high reliability

Abstract:
In view of problems that under-voltage electromagnetic releaser has low reliability and main circuit design scheme of common under-voltage releaser is easier to damage under-voltage releaser, an under-voltage releaser with high reliability based on capacitor depression voltage was designed. Design of main circuit, voltage signal sampling, frequency tracking, power circuit and discharge circuit of the releaser were introduced in details. The actual application shows that failure rate of the releaser is less than 1 ‰, and the releaser has higher reliability.

Abstract:
Taking an intrinsic safety circuit of passive rescue telephone as an example, the paper analyzed test process of safe spark test of the circuit under different electrical principle equivalent diagrams of intrinsic safety test, and indicated that spark apparatus should be connected into test points which maybe produce the highest spark energy in the tested circuit, which can ensure intrinsic safety circuit has enough safety factor after passing spark test.
A measurement scheme of mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry

Abstract:
In view of problem that measurement result of flow of phosphate concentrate slurry is easy to be influenced by density of phosphate concentrate slurry and solid particles in fluid, the paper proposed a measurement scheme of mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry. The scheme uses frequency output type electromagnetic flowmeter to measure volume flow of fluid, and uses mass flowmeter and densimeter with small caliber paralleled in measuring pipeline to measure real-time density of the fluid, the both measured signals are made accumulated calculation in flow totalizer, so as to realize accurate measurement for mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry. The actual application shows that the scheme ensures stability, reliability and accuracy of measured data and can realize custody transfer metering for mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry with lower cost.
