Abstract:
For problems that existing uniqueness detection methods for personnel positioning easily did misjudgement and required on-site supervision, the paper proposed a design scheme of uniqueness detection system which combines iris recognition technology and RFID technology, and introduced system architecture, workflow and communication protocol design in details. The system identifies staff according to one to one correspondence of iris and radio frequency card, and automatically controls gate to achieve uniqueness detection, so as to achieve unattended attendance. The system is fast and accuracy in uniqueness detection, and achieves good effect in application in coal mine.
Improvement of Anti-collision Algorithm of Underground Personnel Positioning System

Abstract:
In order to solve data collision problem caused by multiple tags sending information to receptor in underground personnel positioning system, an improved algorithm of binary exponential backoff was proposed. The algorithm sets two threshold values by way of multiple increase and linear decrease to adjust collision window, and makes different update rules for value of backoff generator according to different network traffic. At the same time, it synchronizely optimizes the window value to make the tag adaptively and quickly access channel. The tests showed that the maximum number of concurrent identification number of the improved algorithm is 150, and the maximum displacement speed is 10 m/s, both are superior to the classical binary exponential backoff algorithm. The algorithm improves data transmission rate and reduces card leakage rate, which is an effective solution for anti-collision problem of underground multi-target recognition.
Research of Critical Data Encryption Algorithm of Gas Monitoring System of Coal Mine and Its Implementatio

Abstract:
In order to prevent critical data of gas monitoring system of coal mine from tampering and ensure data security, the paper proposed a method of using symmetric encryption algorithm to encrypt important field in database of SQL Server 2008 and restore data by key and decryption function. Any changes to the encrypted data cannot be achieved unless knowing the key and using the decryption function, so as to effectively prevent the illegal operation of critical data and protect sensitive data. Practical application confirmed validity of the critical data encryption algorithm.
An Extension Scheme for Distribution Communication Network Combined with Wireless Ad Hoc Network

Abstract:
In allusion to problem of blind area of distribution communication network, the paper proposed an extension scheme for distribution communication network combined with wireless ad hoc network. It introduced common used wireless ad hoc networks, network structure and performance analysis of WIA, and three-layer structure of the scheme. The scheme achieves data transmission of blind area by use of multi-hop performance and ad hoc performance of wireless ad hoc network. The practical application results showed that the scheme not only has low cost and power consumption, but also has advantages of short transmission time and high security.

Abstract:
The paper introduced methods of construction of GPS monitoring network, observation method of vertical deformation of coal mine and data processing method, gave analysis and contrast of GPS monitoring results with the second order leveling results, and concluded that vertical deformation results of coal mine monitored by GPS static positioning technology can reflect subsidence and excavation of mine,the average difference between GPS measuring result and the precise leveling one is less than 2 mm, and the value and precision of geodetic height measured by GPS can fully reflect vertical deformation of mine.

Abstract:
In allusion to problem that improper setting of protection value of power supply networks of coal mine often caused misoperation or rejection of protection, the paper described principles and specific setting methods of three-section current protection, voltage protection, selective leakage protection, additional DC protection and non-electrical protection of underground high and low voltage protection. It also gave instance analysis of setting of three-section current protection.

Abstract:
The paper discussed necessity of informatization construction of coal mine, and analyzed drawbacks of current informatization construction of coal enterprises: information is separated between internal management information systems, informatization construction lacks of overall planning, development of informatization construction is unbalance in different areas, and integration of management systems is difficult. It proposed recommendations on the informatization construction of coal enterprises: informatization construction should be based on the current situation and long-term perspective, focus on internal management of coal mine, and eventually form a group informatization management mode with multi-level architecture.
Research of Underground Electromagnetic Interference Sources and Anti-interference Technology

Abstract:
In view of problem that bad electromagnetic environment of coal mine underground causes phenomenon of false alarm and false power off of safety monitoring and control system, the paper analyzed kinds of underground electromagnetic interference sources and made electromagnetic interference test in areas of false alarm of safety monitoring and control system of a coal mine. The test result showed that on No.3213 working face of the mine, when parallel length of power cable and test cable in waist roadway and airway is about 150 m, interference peak-peak value of induced surge generated by starting pumps and drills is as high as 190 V, and the interference intensity is strong, which explained that strong signal interference sources produced by simultaneous starting of frequency converter and drill caused phenomenon of false alarm of gas sensor. According to the test result, it proposed corresponding anti-interference measures which solved problem of false alarm of gas sensor

Abstract:
The CAN technical specifications and OSI reference model were introduced, and an application layer protocol of CAN network was established for electric vehicle considering five aspects including determination of communication contents, identifier assignment, message encoding, message scheduling strategies and data format define. Practical application result showed that CAN bus communication system adopting the protocol has high reliability and the communication load rate is less than 30%, which ensures timely detection and treatment of emergency messages.

Improvement of Fuzzy Direct Torque Control System of Asynchronous Motor

Abstract:
In conventional direct torque control of asynchronous motor, band width of hysteresis controller cannot be too small because of switch frequency limit of power transistors, which unavoidably brings larger ripple of torque. To solve the problem, the paper proposed to use an improved fuzzy controller to replace the conventional hysteresis controller, build a new fuzzy rule table according to different effects of the same voltage vector to flux and torque in different flux region, and use MOM method to achieve defuzzification. Matlab/Simulink simulation results showed that the fuzzy controller is superior to traditional hysteresis controller in decreasing ripple of torque and dynamic performance.

Abstract:
For shortcomings of control methods of offline and online data-driven, the paper presented a control method of offline-online hybrid data-driven. First it gave an offline data-driven control method based on the least squares support vector machine and virtual reference feedback tuning, then gave control structure and design steps of the control method of offline-online hybrid data-driven combined with model-free adaptive control in the framework of two degrees of freedom control system. The proposed method skips the process of charged object modeling, greatly reduces cost of controller design, and avoids introduction of model error. Applying the method in offline-online data-driven of DC motor, the simulation result showed that the method can achieve target signal tracking and uncertainty (external disturbance) inhibiting of motor system effectively.

Abstract:
Mathematical model of product structure optimization was established according to characteristics of process of coal preparation plant, and steps of optimizing the product structure by ant colony algorithm were given. Nantun Coal Preparation Plant was used for example to simulate, and the best yields of products under various constraints were obtained. The simulation results showed the feasibility of ant colony algorithm for product structure optimization of coal preparation plant.

Abstract:
In allusion to problems that current roadheader uses single transverse roadheader or longitudinal roadheader and is difficult to adapt to excavation work of different rocks, the paper proposed an interchangeability design scheme of cutting arms of roadheader facing to different rocks, and analyzed different structural features and performances of transverse roadheader and longitudinal roadheader. According to operating modes of the two cutting arms, corresponding cutting reducers were designed. Solidworks simulation result showed that compared to the single transverse roadheader or longitudinal roadheader, roadheader with interchangeable cutting arms has better adaptability to excavation work of different rocks, higher excavation efficiency and lower cost.
Temperature Prediction of Photovoltaic Array Based on BP Neural Network

Abstract:
For problem of incorrect modeling method which takes environmental temperature instead of photovoltaic array temperature in existing simulation of solar photovoltaic arrays, the paper pointed out environmental temperature and actual working temperature of photovoltaic array should be distinguished in modelling of photovoltaic arrays. It analyzed relationship between temperature of photovoltaic array and environmental temperature as well as output power, and proposed a temperature prediction method of photovoltaic array based on BP neural network. At last, it compared predicting result with the measured one and got following conclusions: the method can predict temperature of photovoltaic array effectively and get better effect by use of data of the last day and the last three days. According to the conclusion, temperature of photovoltaic array of the day can be predicted by use of data of the last day in actual application.

Abstract:
In allusion to problems of short life, low efficiency of charge and discharge of current energy storage device(battery) in wind power generation system, the paper proposed a schame of taking flywheel battery as the energy storage device, analyzed d-q model and charge and discharge control strategy of flywheel battery. Vector control strategy based on rotor field orientation is adopted in charge control, and the control strategy with DC bus voltage as control object is adopted in discharge control. The simulation results showed that using flywheel battery as energy buffer of off-grid wind power generation system can effectively stabilize the DC bus voltage and improve power quality and stability.

Abstract:
In allusion to problems that current protection device of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant is lack of dynamic anti-assault monitoring function and rotating parts of conveyor easily lead to injury accident and other issues, the paper proposed a design scheme of anti-assault safety protection system of belt conveyor in coal preparation plant,and introduced overall design, equipment selection and detector layout of the system. The system uses pyroelectric infrared detector, active infrared intrusion detector and infrared electronic network to detect human body near rotating parts of conveyor, and gives tips, alarm or shutdown for protection. Field industrial test results showed that the system can effectively prevent injury accident caused by rotating parts of conveyor.

In allusion to problems that coal mine gas sensor uses manual calibration may lead to toxic gas threat to personnel life, the paper proposed a design scheme of transmit module of infrared signal, and introduced infrared adjustment principle, obtain of transmission protocol for infrared signal, hardware and software designs of the module and its application in sensor calibration. Integrating the module to calibration equipment can achieve automatic closed-loop calibration of sensor, while a wide range of infrared signal transmission protocols can be integrated in database of host computer system, which enables users to complete setting of technical parameters of sensors by simply selecting the corresponding type of sensor, so as to improve work efficiency.

Abstract:
Traditional testing method of mine-used equipment on/off transducer needs three-phase AC power supply and electric fires or bulbs with large power to get current for transducer acting, which cannot get continuously adjustable current with complex wiring and low efficiency. For above problems, the paper proposed a design scheme of test tooling of mine-used equipment on/off transducer, gave design demands, and introduced composition and main circuits of the test tooling in details. The testing result of a mine-used equipment on/off transducer showed that the test tooling can generate continuously adjustable current with simple and efficient operation, and can be calibrated through qualified clamp meter for correctness and traceability of testing data.

The paper introduced coal separation process of coal preparation plant of Huoerxinhe, found out rising cause of clean coal ash separated by spiral separator through analysis and test. Coal separation system was reformed by adding a tee at pipeline and setting gate valve. The clean coal ash before and after reformation was 11.71% and 8.67% with interceptor of spiral separator in the same position, showing that the clean coal ash significantly reduced.

The paper introduced network architecture and configuration, site accessing subsystem and security measures of integrated automation system of Fengjiata Coal Mine. The system uses a three-layer network architecture, uses gigabit industrial Ethernet as backbone, and realizes access of each subsystem by Ethernet communication modules and Ethernet electrical ports. Practical application showed that the system can achieve connectivity and sharing of information between different subsystems, so as to take advantages of information and equipment resources of each monitoring subsystem, which achieves the purpose of mine safety production and downsizing for efficiency.

Abstract:
The paper introduced hardware and software design of intelligent controller based on CAN bus and its application scheme in mine safety monitoring system. The controller takes STC10F08 microcontroller as control core, uses UDP protocol and Ethernet to communicate with host computer, and uses CAN bus to communicate with underground monitoring points, so as to achieve communication between host computer and underground monitoring points. Practical application showed that the controller has good stability, strong anti-jamming capability and fast data transmission.

The paper introduced workflow and network model of automatic recycling and dispatching system for portable gas detectors, and described design and implementation of server software of the system.
