Abstract:
The paper analyzed ratios between death toll in mine gas accidents and death toll in mine disasters, namely ratio is 69.5% between death toll in serious gas accidents in which death toll is over 10 and death toll in mine disasters and ratio is 65.4% between death toll in serious gas accidents in which death toll is over 100 and death toll in mine disasters in our country, and overseas ratio is 95.3% between death toll in serious gas accidents in which death toll is over 30 and death toll in mine disasters. It analyzed causes of gas accident, pointed out gas explosion accidents can be avoided, put forward integrated method of prevention and control of gas such as ventilation, monitoring and control, gas extraction drainage, power supply, explosion-proof, dust-proof, fire-proof, blasting and act of rescue, and expounded effect of coal mine safety monitoring and control system in preventing gas.
Research of Technology of Seamless Access in Roaming Handoff Based on WiFi

Abstract:
The paper analyzed principle of traditional roaming handoff of WiFi network, pointed out that authentication process is a main factor of long handoff time, and proposed a roaming handoff scheme of threshold handoff strategy and pre-authentication mechanism, namely pre-authentication is made before workstation does handoff, and gained AP information is stored in cache; connection status of AP is monitored in real time in course of normal communication of workstation; workstation will make judgment according to the threshold handoff strategy to ensure necessity and reliability of the handoff. The strategy and mechanism can shorten handoff time effectively, realize seamless access of workstation in APs, which provides technical support for promotion and application of WiFi.
Design of Guide and Command System for Safe Act of Rescue in Coal Mine

Abstract:
In view of the problem of communication difficulty existed in rescuing miners when coal mine disaster happens, the paper proposed a novel design scheme of guide and command system for safe act of rescue in coal mine, and introduced hardware configuration and software design of the system. The system adopts intrinsically safe LED annunicator, voice communication and signal device and RFID transceivers for accurate location with Chinese messaging function to guide underground miners to evacuate from disaster rapidly and effectively in emergency situation by use of linkage indication of traffic lights, Chinese message instruction, real-time speech broadcast, short message alarm through precise location transceiver and so on. The practical application proved the system effectively enhanced reliability of emergency communication on the ground and underground, and has important significance to improve rescue capability in coal mine disaster.
Auto-orientation Scheme of Hydraulic Correction for Nearly Horizontal Hole and Its Hardware Implementatio

Abstract:
For actual demand of nearly horizontal hole drilling of coal seam methane, the paper proposed a scheme of auto-orientation of jet stream of hydraulic correction combining with hydraulic correction technology and designed a correction system based on the scheme. The correction system takes a single-chip microcomputer as control core, uses a pressure sensor to monitor changes of drilling hydraulic pressure so as to start or end hydraulic correction process, and adopts an angle sensor and a digital compass to detect azimuth and inclination of horizontal hole. Then the single-chip microcomputer determines jet direction in accordance with values of the inclination and azimuth and their correlations. The debugging indoor demonstrated feasibility of the scheme.

Abstract:
The paper introduced composition and on-line method, main functions and characteristics of CUG-2 drilling monitor with high precision and its application in ZK43-1 deep hole in Rushan of Shandong province. The practical application showed that CUG-2 drilling monitor with high precision can not only real-timely monitor, display and store drilling parameters, but also have some significant advantages such as forecasting hole accident and data wireless transmission, which has wide application prospect.
Research of Remote Monitoring and Control System of Energy Saving Control Station Based on PLC and KingView

Abstract:
Three-phase asynchronous motors are main energy consumption devices of freezing station of sinking with freezing method.How to control consumption of sinking with freezing method and save its cost efficiently is a problem. To solve the problem, the paper proposed a design scheme of remote monitoring and control system of energy saving control station based on PLC and KingView, and introduced hardware configuration and software design of the system. The system adopts PLC as local real-time control system, which makes use of output of a frequency converter to control rotation rate of motors effectively so as to save energy. Meantime, the system uses KingView software to construct connection with field sensing devices and draw pictures to complete remote monitoring of energy saving control station.

Abstract:
For problems that loading value is not accurate, overloading or loss of load usually happens in railway loading system by use of manual or semi-automatic control method in coal mine, the paper introduced a design scheme of automatic control system of railway loading based on PLC and upper computer. The control system adopts S7 series PLC as controller to control winch of railway, coal feeder and belt conveyor, and can send data to upper computer to complete and monitor operation of the whole loading system.

Sensing theory of FBG was introduced and applications of FBG sensing technology in preventing and controlling dynamic disaster of coal and rock, mine fire and water were expounded. Sensors based on the sensing theory of FBG can measure physical parameters such as strain, stress, temperature, displacement, pressure by measuring light wavelength, which have advantages of ant-EMI, easy transmiting, accurate measurement, quasi-distributed sensing, etc. It has a wide application prospect in coal mine safety monitoring.

Brief Analysis of Effect of Oil Temperature Change on Efficiency of Hydraulic System of 40T Support Carrier

Abstract:
The paper introduced effect of oil temperature change on oil viscosity, hydraulic medium and rubber seal of hydraulic system of 40T support carrier, analyzed total heat power, total heat-dissipated power of the hydraulic system, and found relation between total efficiency and oil temperature change of the hydraulic system and gave its function relation by use of dynamic thermal equilibrium computation. According to the relation and sampling of measured oil temperature data of an operating mode, it calculated corresponding efficiency value, confirmed the relationship that oil temperature change causes efficiency change of the hydraulic system and obtained conclusion that total efficiency changes with oil temperature change, namely when difference in temperature increases, total efficiency reduces; when difference in temperature reduces, total efficiency increases. The system's working status could be grasped through the conclusion, and reducing oil temperature can raise efficiency effectively.

For the problem of power consumption caused by delay of control mode of current air-compressed system used in mine, a control model of air compressors based on Multi-Agent was proposed by comparing with advantages and disadvantages of several control modes. Model framework of Multi-Agent was given, function and interaction mode of each Agent in the framework was described, feasibility of the model simulation was discussed, and a simulation way was put forward which uses object-oriented technology and ACL to simulate model.

Abstract:
The paper analyzed the theory of improving start performance of coiling asynchronous motor and proposed a control scheme of improving start performance of asynchronous motor, namely parallelling chopper and start resistor of rotor rectifier circuit, and continuously changing duty cycle of the chopper to make start resistor of motor maintain a constant value with increase of rotate speed of motor in starting process, so as to ensure little start current when motor torque is large, shorten start time, speed up start process, and achieve purpose of improving start performance. It discussed implementation method of the control scheme and gave calculation formula and an example of start resistor parameter. The calculation principle and example demonstrated feasibility of the control scheme.
Research of Optimization of Control System of Electric Pitch of Wind Turbines

Abstract:
Due to the influence of randomness, unstability and aerodynamic effect of wind speed, variable pitch control system of wind turbine generators has characteristics of nonlinear, parameter variability and strong coupling, so it is difficult to realize high-precision control for wind power generation system and the output power quality is poor. In order to improve dynamic performace in operation area of constant power output of the system, the paper analyzed exsisting situation of control system of electric pitch of wind turbines and established model of wind turbine generators. It also proposed optimized control strategy of electric pitch and designed variable pitch controller based fuzzy control.The results of simulation showed that the control effect of independent pitch control is better than the uniform pitch control, and the technology realizes optimized control of independent variable pitch of each blande of wind turbines, optimizes constant power control of wind power system when wind speed is over the rated speed, which has strong anti-jamming capability and high control precision.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to extract fault characteristic signals and make an accurate fault prediction exsisted in traditional fault diagnosis for motor, a diagnosis method of motor faults based on RBF neural network and wavelet packet was put forward. The method can extract energy of special frequency bands of vibration signals of typical faults of bearing, rotor and insulation of motor with wavelet package analysis technology, and serve the energy as a group of vector to be input of RBF network for diagnosing motor fault. The experiment and simulation results showed that the method is very effective to diagnose motor, which has positive significance to find early fault and maintain for motor.

Abstract:
The paper put forward a design method of IP core of signal generator of pseudo-random sequence according to Avalon bus specification of Nios II embedded system, and introduced hardware and software designs of the IP core in details. The method uses collaborative design of software and hardware of custom component to achieve IP core design of signal generator of pseudo-random sequence with adjusted code length and order. Its feasibility and correctness were proved in design of controlled vibrating signal generator.
Research of SIFT Algorithm Based on Underground Environment

Abstract:
The paper put forward a new feature matching algorithm to solve the problem that existing feature matching methods are not suitable to underground environment. Firstly, the algorithm uses curvelet algorithm to preprocess image noise, then adopts SIFT algorithm to form and match feature vectors, which removes mismatched points effectively by optimization of RANSAC method and achieves image stitching by building projection transformation model. The experiment showed that the algorithm has better robustness in noise, poor illumination and fuzzy environment, and solves mismatching phenomenon in mine environment, whose stitching result is smoothing and natural.
Research of a New Method of Performance Quantization of Data Acquisition System

Abstract:
Considering that precision of a data acquisition system corresponds to distortion less of signal transmitted by the system and the problem of time stability of the system, the paper put forward a new method of performance quantization of data acquisition system. The method regards data acquisition system as an open-loop linear time-invariant system and takes the system as a filter, whose input is the signal needed to acquire and output is the gathered signal. Then it reveals model parameter of channel by basic principle of LMS algorithm. Finally it calculates transmission characteristics of sinusoidal signal by use of received model parameter, so as to realize performance test of the data acquisition system. The mathematical simulation results of the system model and the quantization method showed that the quantization method and the system model respond to sinusoidal signal's response of the data acquisition system precisely, which can be used as a precision evaluation measure of actual data collection system.

Abstract:
According to principle that writing a Boot Loader program in single-chip microcomputer can realize on-line self-programming updating of ladder diagram of PLC by user, the paper introduced a design of Boot Loader program of ATmega128 based on PLC application. The program writes object code of ladder diagram of PLC into FLASH of single-chip microcomputer through RS232 interface with imitating mitsubishi communication protocol. The experiment showed that it makes design of PLC application software be more flexible and improves development efficiency that applying Boot Loader in PLC to realize downloading and updating of ladder diagram.

Abstract:
In view of problems of low precision, high cost, trouble operation existed in calibration devices for mine-used flowmeters which simply use weighing method or standard meter method, the paper put forward a design scheme of calibration device for mine-used flowmeters which integrates weighing method and standard meter method together, namely using weighing method to calibrate standard meter regularly or flowmeter with high accuracy and using standard meter to calibrate flowmeter. The scheme not only retains advantages of reliability, stability, high accuracy of the weighting method, but also inherits features of high efficiency, non-frequent switch, long life of standard meter method, which ensures calibrating accuracy of the device.

Abstract:
The paper established model of shell by use of SolidWorks software based on preliminary design of shell of mine-used flameproof battery case with methods of experience and analogy. It analyzed distribution regularities of stress, displacement and deformation of rectangle shell under the condition of 1 MPa pressure with finite element analysis software of SolidWorks to obtain stress value and displacement value of the shell. It found weak parts of stress of the shell, and made structure improvement for intensity surplus part and intensity weakness part of the shell to reduce weight and material consumption of the shell.

Abstract:
A distributed measuring system of ventilator performance was used to measure performance of two main ventilators of west airshaft in Dongtan Coal Mine, and curves of blastvolume-air pressure, blastvolume-power and blastvolume-efficiency were drawn according to the measured data. Ventilation abilities of main standby ventilator in different condition and different blade angle were analyzed. The practical application showed that the system greatly reduces time needed for field testing and is effective and accurate in data processing.

Abstract:
In view of the problem of high energy consumption of existing high-power electrical haulage shearers, the paper proposed a design scheme of energy-saved frequency conversion speed regulation system based on TMS320LF2407A with dual inverters-dual motors and introduced components of the system. It analyzed working principle and gave energy-saved computational formula of the system as well. The system takes AC asynchronous motor as simulation load, dual inverters were connected in parallel at DC bus side, uses DSP to real-timely control and track servo system, and realizes change of motor state of electrical haulage shearer. The system provided dilivery loop of energy feedback too. The simulation result of Matlab proved that principle of the system is correct and energy-saved effect is remarkable.

In view of characteristics of long lines, multi posts and multi links of transport system of belt converyor of a mine, the paper proposed a scheme which adopts PLC centralized control system to control coal mine belt conveyor. It introduced composition, working principle and functions of PLC centralized control system. The system combines industrial television with centralized control to monitor related devices such as underground powerful belt conveyor, vibration coal feeder and coal level sensor of coal bunker, which realizes centralized control of main coal flow system. The practical application showed that the system runs well, and achieves safe and efficient running of conveyor belt.
