Abstract:
In order to transfer information of underground personnels, devices and environment to information center of coal mine through existing underground communication network, the paper put forward a design scheme of mine-used M2M terminal system based on WCDMA, and introduced hardware and software design of the system in details. The system realizes functions of information acquisition of underground targets, human-computer interaction operation and data communication, and realizes Internet of Things of things and things, things and people, and things and network by transmitting data through WCDMA.
Automatic Hydraulic Braking System of Mine-used Vehicle

Abstract:
In view of requirement of over-speed protection or rope breaked protection of underground track haulage, the paper put forward a solve scheme of automatic hydraulic braking system of vehicle. It introduced principle, functions of components of the system. The system uses high-precision hydraulic valve to test, extract, filter, amplify, choice speed signal of tram, then to complete clamping rail brake through brake valve. The practical application showed that the system can on-line measure speed of tram and has advantages of stable and reliable working, high measurement accuracy, easy operation, long working life.
CDMA Wireless Communication System of Coal Mine Based on the Telecom Public Network

Abstract:
The paper introduced a mine-used CDMA wireless communication system based on the Telecom Public Network. The system introduces the Telecom Public Network CDMA signals into coal mine underground and makes integration of the Telecom Public Network CDMA signals and underground CDMA signals, which can ensure covering wireless signals in mine area and meanwhile the mobile phone users can freely roam in whole country. The system can also expand functions of PTT talkback, data and video communication, remote monitoring and management of hidden danger with mobile phone on CDMA network platform.
Design of Digital Voice Conversational Terminal of Coal Mine Based on LWIP

Abstract:
Based on analysis of function limitation of underground speak telephone system, a novel scheme of digital voice conversational terminal of coal mine with network interface based on open-source LWIP protocol stack was proposed, the terminal's application function, hardware composition and software model were introduced, the LWIP protocol stack and its transplanting to FreeRTOS embedded operating system were described, and design points of LWIP in applications layer of the terminal were analyzed. The terminal has functions of digital broadcasting and talkback, uses standard RTP protocol, and supports voice interaction with 8 kHz and 16 kHz sampling frequencies and on-line streaming broadcasting of MP3 with up to 44.1 kHz sampling frequency. Feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme were verified by experiment results.

Abstract:
To solve problem of bearing fault diagnosis for belt conveyor of coal mine, a design scheme of new bearing monitoring and diagnosis system of belt conveyor of coal mine was put forward. The system takes vibration monitoring analyzer and vibration acceleration sensor as core and combines with database server and KingView software, and realizes functions of signal acquisition and processing of vibration and temperature, real-time analysis and intelligent diagnosis, trend analysis and report generation of bearing of belt conveyor. The actual application showed that the system can monitor and diagnose condition of bearing of belt conveyor of coal mine and meets requirements of real-time and accuracy in condition monitoring and on-line diagnosis of belt conveyor of coal mine.

Abstract:
The paper introduced principle, characteristics and applicable situation of water level detection of float type, capacitive type, pressure type, ultrasonic wave type and bubble type. It indicated that the technologies of water level detection have different characteristics: float type water transmitter is suitable to detect water level of water tower and reservoir with the maximum water of depth 6 m and clear water quality; capacitive type water transmitter is suitable to detect water level of rivers and lakes with clear water quality, big diameter of water container and deep water level; pressure type water transmitter is suitable to detect water level of well with smaller diameters of water container; ultrasonic wave type and bubble type water transmitter need be chosen carefully with complex structure and high cost although they overcome influence of water quality on measuring accuracy.

The paper introduced overall structure and networked data formation of networking system of coal and gas outburst. The system obtains comprehensive analysis indexs for judgment of coal and gas outburst accident through analyzing and calculating of close relationship of coal structure, ground pressure activities and gas rate, so as to predict and prevent accidents. The practical application showed that the system realizes function of prediction of coal and gas outburst.

Abstract:
In view of problems of data redundancy and uncertainty caused by mass data of mine gas monitoring and control system,the paper put forward a statistical analysis method of gas monitoring data. For historical data known time series, firstly, the method uses Matlab toolbox to draw histogram and cumulative graph of probability density function and cumulative distribution function to obtain statistical characteristics; secondly, it uses Crystal Ball software CB Predictor tool to assess the historical monitored data and to predict their future trends; finally, it analyzes the predicted result and obtaines detailed reports of forecasting method.

Abstract:
Wireless sensor networks are composed of energy-constrained nodes. Therefore, it is to design routing algorithms to optimize energy usage of nodes. In view of the maximizing network lifetime, the paper put forward an optimal routing algorithm based on the maximin model, defined data transmission matrix, and designed selection system of nodes for avoiding possible routing loops. Based on energy consumption for sending and receiving data and available residual energy of nodes, it designed mathematical programming model to find optimal routing, so as to optimize data sent routing paths and data sent volume and balance energy consumption of nodes. The simulation results showed that the algorithm can balance the energy consumption of nodes effectively and extend network lifetime.
Research of Mathematical Model of Photovoltaic Array Based on Matlab

Abstract:
Through research of single physical model for photovoltaic array, the paper gave a mathematical model of photovoltaic array easy to solve and simulate, which can calculate I-V characteristics of photovoltaic array at any temperature and solar radiation intensity. Based on the model, it also gave calculate formula at the maximum power point in allowable error of project. The Matlab simulation result of the mathematical model showed that output characteristics of the photovoltaic array vary with temperature and light intensity, moreover , I-V and P-V characteristics of the photovoltaic array is nonlinear; in different light intensities and temperatures, the output of the maximum power point is different , which can reflect actual characteristics of photovoltaic array.

Abstract:
In order to solve problems of lack maintenance and blind repair existed in vacuum circuit breakers of 10 kV switchgear , the paper put forward a health diagnosis strategy of vacuum circuit breaker of 10 kV switchgear based on RBF neural network on basis of analysis of fault type and portent. The strategy uses sensor to extract characteristic parameters of vacuum breaker, obtains characteristic quantity of state of health, and takes these characteristic quantities as input of RBF network to diagnose health condition of vacuum circuit breaker, so as to achieve preventive goal. The simulation results by Matlab proved effectiveness of the strategy.

Abstract:
In view of problems of off-line reliability evaluation, the paper proposed a combined model suitable for on-line algorithm for operational reliability evaluation process through research of model of power flow calculation and re-scheduling generation. The combined model not only meets need of engineering applications in aspect of calculation accuracy, but also more importantly shows better performance in aspect of time consumed for calculation through tests with RTS-24 standard system and a real provincial power grid system, which has great practical value in engineering applications.

Abstract:
Induction motor is a high-level, non-linear, strong coupled and multi-variable system. When it's running, its parameters are influenced by temperature and load and caused the motor to run into unstable region. To adapt to its non-linear system property, a control strategy based on sliding mode variable structure was proposed. Sliding surface was established corresponding to current, rotate speed, flux error, variable structure controller of each link was constructed, and self-adaptive control law was derived. The simulation results showed that the control strategy has effectiveness and feasibility.

Abstract:
The paper gave topological structure of permanent magnet direct drive type wind power system, analyzed working principle and topological structure of DC unloading circuit, established model of permanent magnet wind power system, and constructed simulation model of low-voltage ride through technology of permanent magnet direct drive type wind power system based on DC unloading circuit on Matlab/Simulink platform. The simulation result proved feasibility and good ride through capability during low-voltage ride through of the system. The system is foundation of product realization.

The paper analyzed principle of FIR digital filter and introduced implementation process of designing FIR digital filter with Window function method. Matlab simulation verified that parameters of designed filter can be adjusted according to repuirment to achieve desired filtering function. Abstract:
Topdogical structure of neutral-point-clamped three-level rectifier was analyzed. A mathematical model of the rectifier was established based on switching function in d-q frames. On the basis, current d-q decouple control was realized by means of dual closed loops control, so dynamic performance of the rectifier was improved. In view of shortcoming that there are a large number of trigonometric calculations in determining sector and solving action time of space vector in traditional SVPWM algorithm, a SVPWM algorithm based on non-orthogonal 60°coordinate system was proposed. The algorithm optimizes vector calculation of the three-level rectifier. The results of simulation and experiment valified correction of the algorithm.

In view of noise hazard of coal mine underground, the paper proposed a design scheme of noise measuring instrument based on STC single-chip microcomputer, and introduced hardware and software design of the instrument. The test results showed that the instrument realizes accurate measurement of noise level, measurement error is less than ±1.25%, which reaches 2-level of sound level meter.

In view of defect that location way of sampling head of traditional bridge-type train coal sampler is inaccuracy, an automatic location system of sampling head of bridge-type train coal sampler was designed based on PLC and shaft encoder according to detection principle of encoder for location and speed of equipment. The hardware configuration and software diagram of the system were given. The system can accurately calculate position and speed of the sampling head by detecting pulse signal of the shaft encoder, and can real-time display numerical value on HMI through touch panel and embedded configuration software.
