Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of technical requirement of bogie-hearth resistance furnace, the paper proposed the control strategy of combining gain adaptive smithpredictor with limited output. And it briefly introduced how to use Kingview 6.03 intelligently to satisfy various demand of production as well as to cut down the cost of the system. The research fills the national blank of the production of the super heat-treating resistance furnace in the field of industrial furnace.

The paper discussed the respond of mechanical system drived by frequency conversion motor. Taking wheel machine for example, it explained the respond relation of the velocity of cartwheels when the input frequency of motor takes change and used figures to perform this relation. The respond relation is very important for accuracy control of frequency conversion and speed regulation system.

The paper introduced the work method of the electric traction shearer with electromagnetic regulating speed and its control system functions, and studied the hardware design project and software design problem of the system controller using P89C51RD2 microcontroller. It provided a method of using the PWM output of P89C51RD2 microcontroller to control the shearer speed, and the hardware frame diagram of the controller and the software flow chart was given.
