A measurement scheme of mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry

摘要: 针对磷精矿浆流量测量结果易受磷精矿浆密度和流体中固体颗粒影响的问题,提出了一种改进的磷精矿浆质量流量测量方案。该方案采用频率输出型电磁流量计测量流体的体积流量,用小口径质量流量/密度计并联在测量管路中测量流体的实时密度,并将测量得到的2路信号在流量积算仪中进行累积计算,从而实现了磷精矿浆质量流量的准确计量。实际应用表明,该方案确保了测量数据的稳定性、可靠性和准确性,能够以较低的成本实现磷精矿浆质量流量的交接计量。Abstract: In view of problem that measurement result of flow of phosphate concentrate slurry is easy to be influenced by density of phosphate concentrate slurry and solid particles in fluid, the paper proposed a measurement scheme of mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry. The scheme uses frequency output type electromagnetic flowmeter to measure volume flow of fluid, and uses mass flowmeter and densimeter with small caliber paralleled in measuring pipeline to measure real-time density of the fluid, the both measured signals are made accumulated calculation in flow totalizer, so as to realize accurate measurement for mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry. The actual application shows that the scheme ensures stability, reliability and accuracy of measured data and can realize custody transfer metering for mass flow of phosphate concentrate slurry with lower cost.
